A Few Common Questions

When will I get my tracking number?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to pack and ship your order.

My tracking number isn't working.
Don't worry! It can take up to 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system after you receive your shipping confirmation. Please check back after a little while.

The tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received my package.
Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered a little early. We recommend:

• Checking with your neighbors or your building's mailroom.
• Looking around your property in case it was left in a safe, hidden spot.
• Waiting one more business day, as it sometimes shows up a day later.
