Returns & Exchanges Policy

At CurvyEdit, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure a transparent and fair process.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@curvyedit.com.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- With all original tags and labels attached.
- In its original, intact packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) is required.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items purchased on sale, clearance, or with a promotional discount.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards.
- Opened consumable goods (e.g., sage sticks, candles, soaps, skincare).
- Personal care and perishable goods.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Free promotional gifts or complimentary items.
- Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale."
- Any item that has been successfully exchanged.
4. How to Start a Return
- Contact Us First: Email our customer support team at support@curvyedit.com to request a return authorization and the correct return shipping address.
- Await Approval: We will review your request and provide instructions.
- Ship Your Item: Once approved, securely package your item and ship it back to us.
Important: Returns sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed. The registered company address is not our returns facility.
5. Shipping Responsibilities
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
- Our Responsibility: We will provide a pre-paid return label only if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
6. Refund Process
- Inspection: Once your return is received at our warehouse, our team will inspect it within 5 business days.
- Approval & Processing: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Crediting: The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please Note:
- Original shipping fees paid on your order are non-refundable.
- If you paid for return shipping, this cost is not reimbursed. If a return label was provided by us (for non-error cases), its cost will be deducted from your final refund amount.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to follow the return process for your original purchase and place a new, separate order for the desired item at your convenience.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you discover an issue, contact us at support@curvyedit.com right away with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and make it right.
- For items defective upon arrival (within the 30-day window): We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
- For items developing a defect after 30 days but within 1 year of purchase: With valid proof of purchase and defect, we will issue a 50% off promotional code for you to order a replacement. This does not constitute a product warranty for a full refund or free replacement after the initial 30-day period.
9. Gift Returns
- Gift Shipped Directly to Recipient: If you received a gift sent directly from us, you can return it for a store gift certificate for the value of the item.
- Gift Given to You by the Buyer: If the item was purchased by someone and given to you later, the refund will be processed back to the original purchaser's payment method.
