Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide! We believe every woman deserves a perfect fit, no matter where she is.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Once you place your order, our team needs 1-3 business days to process and dispatch it. After that, delivery typically takes 3-10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can click that link to see your delivery status in real-time.
Q: My package says "Delivered," but I don't have it. What should I do?
A: Don't worry, this happens sometimes. We suggest you:
- Check with neighbors or your building's reception.
- Look in any safe-drop locations (like a porch or mailroom).
- Wait one more business day, as packages are sometimes scanned early.
If it still hasn't arrived, please contact us at support@curvyedit.com, and we'll help you sort it out.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: We process orders very quickly to get them to you ASAP! This means we have a very small window to make changes. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We can't make any changes once an order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Your happiness is our priority! We offer a 30-day return window for all eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original condition. Please note that items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
Q: How do I start a return or exchange?

Q: I received a damaged or incorrect item. What do I do?
A: Oh no! We are so sorry about that. Please email us at support@curvyedit.com right away with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our team will make it right, guaranteed.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times can vary by bank.

Q: The item I want is out of stock. Will it come back?
A: We do our best to restock our most popular styles frequently. On the product page, you can sign up for our "Notify Me When Available" alert to be the first to know when it’s back in stock.
Q: What are your clothes made from?
A: We carefully select high-quality, durable, and comfortable fabrics. Each product page has a detailed description of its materials. All our products are made to be both beautiful and practical for real life.

Q: I forgot to apply a discount code. Can you add it?
