• Contract Formation: A binding contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be issued.

3. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes

• Currency: Prices are displayed in the local currency of the region you are browsing from.
• Pricing: All prices displayed are exclusive of taxes.

We offer a 30-day return window for our customers worldwide. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Process: To initiate a return, you must contact us at support@curvyedit.com for authorization.
• Non-Refundable Items: Items on sale, personalized products, opened consumables, and gift cards are final sale.
• Refunds: Refunds will be for the item's purchase price. Original shipping and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
